Your Customer Service sent me to a bank branch… and then the branch said they couldn’t help me and put me on hold with customer service inside your fucking bank. I talked to TWO different people on the phone on March 4, both of them said they would put a freeze on my card because it was lost/stolen. When I went into the bank the next day THERE WAS NO FREEZE ON MY CARD. The guy in the bank did it himself. AND someone at customer service removed all the money from my savings account and told me to go into the bank to get it unfrozen. When I went in, the woman I talked to said that there was just no money in there and there was nothing she could do. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT YOU FUCKING HOARD FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE… you would think your customer service for your banks, and your actual fucking banks. You guys are the reason for global warming, and I fucking hate you. But I’m too lazy to change banks right now… so I guess at the end you guys win. Fuck my life.
